Onboarding New Candidates with IIT

Once we’ve gone through the vetting process and have selected candidates to join your project team, we continue the onboarding process with individuals to make sure your organization and the candidate(s) are set up for success. This includes:

  • Completing all administrative paperwork both for you and the government, such as visas, passports, green cards, tax documents, etc.

  • Providing an onboarding kit for the consultant’s first day.

  • Handling all relocation and travel arrangements (if required).

  • Assisting with Day One setup, either on-site or off-site.

  • Ongoing multi-day check-ins with the consultants. 

  • Day One, Week One, and Monthly management review process.
