In Which countries do you hire? 

Everywhere in North America.  Our hybrid model and recruitment team has its presence in Mexico, Canada, and the United States with developers working in each country.

Do we have to provide a computer or internet connection? 

No.  Your developer will have everything they need to perform.  Computer, monitor, internet, etc.

What's your evaluation process? 

Before you receive your three prime candidates we put each candidate through our proprietary vetting process for culture, technology/skill, and experience.

How much involvement do I need to have / get to have?

You can be as involved or not involved as you like.  Our clients can interview developers as many times as needed and your own coding tests can be given before giving the green light to a new hire.

How do the contracts and payment work?

The contract clients sign is with our American Corporation and payments are collected in our Wells Fargo account with simple monthly billing. We handle the pay of our developers, disbursing it to wherever they are. No need for our clients to deal with payroll or any legal issues related to hiring developers  in multiple countries.

What's my warranty? 

You don't pay for failure. If one of our developers doesn’t meet your expectations, a substitution is triggered immediately and the new hire’s first week will be on us.

What's my minimum obligation?

We build long term relationships with our partners, and our devs want challenging projects that they can engage in for the long run. That’s why we ask for a minimum three month engagement within our contract.

What's your overtime and vacation time policy? 

There is no overtime up-charge. Instead, compensation is provided in additional time off for those who exceeded an eight-hour day.  You do not pay for vacation time but yes, they to do take vacations and holidays in accordance with the country they reside in. 

How soon can they get on-site? 

In most instances we can get a developer on-site within 10 business days.
